CA Dr. Pankaj Shah has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 1977 and is a Founder of Pankaj R. Shah & Associates. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – ICAI and is having rich professional experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, Audit and Taxation. Dr. Shah has been awarded Doctorate degree for his thesis on “Managerial Implications of Taxation”. Dr. Shah is the first & only Chartered Accountant in India to get Ph.D. in this unique area of Taxation.

He has written number of articles which are published in the journal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – ICAI. He has attended number of conferences and was a visiting faculty at B. K. School of Business Management, Ahmedabad and Som Lalit Institute of Management Studies, Ahmedabad. Dr. Shah is appointed as an Arbitrator by Waqalat.com. Dr. Shah has written a book on “What My Family Should Know”.

CA Chintan Shah has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2001 and is a Managing Partner of Pankaj R. Shah & Associates and has effectively partnered in the growth of the firm since then. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – ICAI and has written articles on various subjects published in Ahmedabad Chartered Accountants Journal.

CA Nilesh Shah has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 1999 and is a Partner and Head of Department of Litigation at Pankaj R. Shah & Associates. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – ICAI and has written articles on various subjects published in Ahmedabad Chartered Accountants Journal.

He is having expertise in his specialized areas of preparation of tax returns, and verification of assessment orders, submissions to be made to tax authorities, filing of appeals and appearance before various tax authorities and handling complete services at assessment levels before the tax authorities. He is keen to satisfy his clients by delivering best possible tax planning strategies and solutions and assisting them with its successful implementation and execution.

CA Sandip Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2008 and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – ICAI. He has written articles on various subjects published in Ahmedabad Chartered Accountants Journal.

He is a Partner and Head of Department of Taxation at PRS having expertise in specialized fields of Income Tax, TDS and GST. His in-depth knowledge and vast experience includes Advance Tax calculations, Tax Provisions, filing of Income tax returns and Tax Audit Reports, filing of TDS returns, Compliance with Income Tax and TDS Notices, Income Computation Disclosure Standards – ICDS, Goods and Services Tax (GST) Returns and Refunds, indirect tax assessment and appeals and handling various Audits such as Excise, Service Tax, CERA, CAG, etc. providing expert advisory and opinions in relation to Income Tax, TDS and GST matters. CA Manali Shah has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2001 and is a Partner of Pankaj R. Shah & Associates. She is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – ICAI and is having professional experience in the field of Corporate Finance, Accounts, Audit & Corporate Management.

CA Shalin Shah has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2002 and is a former Partner of Pankaj R. Shah & Associates. He is having wide experience in the field of Accounts & Audit. He is a SAP Certified Chartered Accountant. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – ICAI and has written articles on various subjects published in Ahmedabad Chartered Accountants Journal.

Late Vinod Shah has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 1959. He was a Partner of Pankaj R. Shah & Associates. He was group advisor (legal & secretarial) of Lalbhai group of Companies. He had handled euro issue, Financial & Technical collaborations, Joint Ventures and matters relating to Corporate Laws including BIRR, SEBI & FERA, Risk Management and Insurance. He had also organized establishment of JV/WOC in W. Germany, U.S.A., Mauritius, Sri Lanka and Branches in U.K., Hongkong, Philippines and U.A.E. He was Director and CEO of Anup Engineering Ltd.

He was a Founder Member and Treasurer and also held positions as Secretary and Chairman of Ahmedabad Branch of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He was a Former Treasurer of Western Indian Regional Council of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.  He was also a Former Treasurer and Chairman of Ahmedabad chapter of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He was an Honorary lecturer in H.L. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad. He was a Faculty Member and Speaker on number of Symposiums and Seminars and Study Circles organized by various Institutes such as Chartered Accountants, Companies Secretaries, Indian Institute of Management, B.K. Institute of Management, Som Lalit Institute, Ahmedabad Management Association, and Ahmedabad Textile Mills Association.

He had contributed articles in leading professional journals such as Chartered Accountants, Chartered Secretary, Corporate Law Advisor, SEBI and Corporate Laws, Economic Times, etc.
